Nettings in polypropylene, various square
Nettings developed for mortadella and stucked meats cooking. The particular construction of this netting allows to have a constant cilindrical calibre and avoids, during cooking, the so called “pear form”. Suitable for weights over 100 kg and, upon request, available with handles for hanging the product during cooking. Available in different calibres and lenghts, upon request.
Cotton nettings, fixed calibre
100% cotton nettings, high quality. Suitable for packaging of cured meats such as salami or baked and dry cured ham. Suitable also for smoked food (speck) or oven roasting products (Prague ham). Available in different calibres and sizes, supplied in cutting with textile closure or in reels.
Polypropylene nettings, fixed calibre
Nettings with a very high quality-price ratio. Manufactured with soft polypropylene yarn. Particularly suitable for long curing food products, getting moldy. High resistant product, with fixed squares. Available in different calibres and sizes, supplied in cutting with textile closure or in reels.
Polyamide netting, fixed calibre
High quality neetings, suitable for packaging of dry cured ham, bacon and coppa. It can be also used for mortadella cooking: our netting does not stretch if in contact with heat sources. Available in different calibres and sizes, also for large size products, such as mortadella (weight over 50 kg).
